Well, I need help. It’s not like I have a problem. But I don’t see how to deal with it. So, I need help. I’m a Japanese. And somehow, all my friends believe I can make sushi rolls because I’m a Japanese. Wow, how can I say? I know how to make it. But being Japanese doesn’t guarantee I can make good sushi rolls. The most difficult part of making sushi roll is to cut of rolls. Usually, sushi rice is soggy. And it makes difficult to cut. I hate this cutting. Though I can make sushi rice and fillings good, if I failed to cut, everything is in vain. So, I don’t like making sushi rolls. When I talked about this with my Japanese friend, she suggested using Trehalose. She didn’t like making sushi rolls just like me. But when she used Trehalose, it actually went well, she said. Well, using Trehalose might be a big help. But still, I don’t have any confidence in making sushi rolls. Please don’t ask me to do so!!!
